G O V E R N O R S
The Governors meet 6 times a year, every half-term. We have previously had separate committees, and then we had a Full Governing Body meeting once per term, and committee meetings once per term. However, we increasingly found that this slowed decision-making down, and all governors are interested in the work that was carried out by the committees. All governors now therefore meet every half-term, in place of having committees. Each governor has a specific area of responsibility, which they come into school to look at in depth and then report back on to other governors.
